How shipping to Jamaica works
Seven simple steps from sign-up to delivery — no guesswork, no surprises.

Sign up for a free account
Complete the registration form with your name, email address and phone number. Once registered you receive our U.S.A. mailing address and a unique mailbox number that must be used for all shipments.

Shop from any US store
Order from Shein, Amazon, Fashion Nova, Temu, eBay, Walmart and more. Don't have a US credit card? We can purchase the items for you using our credit card.

Use your mailbox address at checkout
Enter your SwiftPort address including your mailbox number exactly as issued. Confirm the address is complete and accurate — incorrect details may cause extra charges or misdelivery.
- 04
Send us your invoice
Submit invoices and all relevant shipping documentation, and declare the contents of your shipment, before your package arrives in Jamaica.
- 05
We receive and process
Your package is received at our warehouse, marked as received, weighed or measured, and prepared for air freight (3–5 business days) or sea freight (up to 3 weeks).
- 06
Customs, duty and fees
Estimated duty is 40% of the full declared USD value, converted to JMD. Packages valued at USD $100 or more also carry a JMD $500 processing fee. You are notified before delivery.

Collect or have it delivered
Settle your invoice and collect your package, or request delivery to your address in Jamaica.
